Paid Data Terms
These terms apply to paid business access to Fuel Price Hub data products. They supplement the public website terms and any signed enterprise agreement.

Account and company details
A customer must provide accurate company, billing, tax, and intended-use information before paid access is activated.
Subscription access
Access is limited to the countries, update frequency, field package, history, delivery method, and licence type included in the active subscription or written order.
Payments and taxes
Recurring subscriptions are billed through the selected payment provider. Taxes, tax identifiers, compliant invoices, credits, and refunds are handled according to the final billing and invoicing workflow.
Suspension
Access may be suspended or revoked if payment fails, a subscription ends, required company information is missing, misuse is detected, or the licence scope is exceeded.
No resale by default
Self-service subscriptions are for internal business use only. Redistribution, resale, public publishing, sublicensing, or use as a competing data feed requires written approval.
Availability
Fuel-price sources may change, delay, correct, or withdraw data. Fuel Price Hub may pause or change a country package if quality, source, legal, or operational conditions require it.
