This licence describes the default rights for paid Fuel Price Hub datasets. Signed enterprise terms may override it for named customers.

Licensed data
Licensed data means the Fuel Price Hub dataset outputs made available to the customer under an active entitlement.
Internal use
The default licence permits internal business analysis, reporting, routing, benchmarking, forecasting, and operational decision support by the subscribing organization.
Scope limits
Customers may access only the countries, fields, granularity, history, update frequency, delivery method, users, and usage volume included in their entitlement.
No redistribution
The default licence does not permit resale, sublicensing, publication, sharing as a standalone feed, public display at scale, or use to build a substantially similar data product.
Customer controls
Customers must keep credentials, download links, and API keys confidential, prevent unauthorized access, and notify Fuel Price Hub of suspected misuse.
Source and compliance caveats
Some data may carry source attribution, legal, freshness, coverage, or quality caveats. Customer use must respect applicable law and any written source-attribution instructions.
